Tapping into my nostalgia as a kid growing up watching Nirvana on MTV's Total Request Live, I could not have been more excited about working on graphics for MTV when we got the call to do this show package which also included a crazy print campaign that covered the store in times square and the live action stage/set of the in-show graphics. The 4x3 Aspect ratio may give some clues to how old this is, but it still holds up as one of my favorite projects of all time where the creative brief was to do anything I wanted, and all they kept asking was to "make it more trippy."






I had another amazing opportunity working for MTV Tr3s Latin America on the Top 20 Countdown. We were given complete creative freedom to conceive the idea and ended up producing some incredibly wild guerilla-style live action shoots in NYC, even during the freezing cold months, all in an effort to maintain the illusion of a warm setting. Many of our talented team members, including animators, designers, and producers, made cameos in the countdown.
